Our youth martial arts classes are broken down by age group to ensure every student receives age-appropriate instruction, personalized attention, and a positive introduction to the world of Jiu-Jitsu. We focus on character development, bully prevention, and building physical and mental strength.

We offer two core Kids Jiu-Jitsu programs:
Jaguar Cubs (Ages 4–7):
- Introductory movements and coordination drills
- Focus on listening, teamwork, and respect
- Fun and engaging activities to build focus and confidence
Jaguars Jiu-Jitsu (Ages 8–13):
- Solid foundation in BJJ techniques and self-defense
- Bully-proof strategies and situational awareness
- Encouragement to set goals, work hard, and lead by example
